Day 1 :
1st Day: IXB Airport / NJP Rly Stn to Gangtok – Pickup

On arrival at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Bagdogra Airport (IXB) (413 Ft / 126 Mts), you will be met by our local representative, who will assist you to board the vehicle to Gangtok. On arrival, check in and overnight at hotel.
Day 2 :
2nd Day: Gangtok to Tshangu Lake & Baba Mandir - Excursion

Today after breakfast, start for full day excursion to Tshangu Lake & New Baba Mandir. Return back to Gangtok. Overnight at hotel.
Optional: 1. Nathula Pass (14137 Ft / 4310 Mts) Indo China Border (closed on Monday & Tuesday for tourist), visit is limited to Indian nationals only, allowed on the basis of advance permit (subjected to availability) & on extra cost. Document Required: 2. Original ID proof for each pax travelling. (Voter ID, Indian Passport, Driving License for adult & Birth certificate, school ID card for children along with supporting document). 3. 4. 02 Passport size photograph for all pax travelling. 5. 6. PAN Card & Aadhar card is not a valid ID proof.
Day 3 :
3rd Day: Gangtok to Darjeeling - Transfer

After breakfast, checkout and transfer to Darjeeling. Overnight at hotel.
Day 4 :
4th Day: Darjeeling - Fullday sightseeing

Early morning at around 04:00 am (subject to clear weather) visit to Tiger Hills* (8482 Ft / 2586 Mts) to view the sunrise over mighty Kanchendzoonga Peak (Third highest peak in the world), Ghoom monastery, Batasia loop and back to hotel for breakfast. Post breakfast go for local sightseeing of Darjeeling covering Japanese Temple & Peace Pagoda, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park & Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday, Local Festival and State & National Govt. holidays), tenzing & Gombu Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Center (Closed on Sunday, Local Festival time, State & National Govt holidays) and Panoramic tour of tea garden. Overnight stay at hotel. Note: Tiger Hill visit is subjected to availability of coupons
Day 5 :
5th Day: Darjeeling to IXB Airport / NJP Rly Stn – Drop
Gangtok
After breakfast check out from the hotel. We further proceed towards our forwarding journey for onward connection.
• Hotel Accommodation on twin / double sharing basis
• Travel throughout the entire journey in Non Ac Wagon R/similar car.( Ac will be switched off during hills drive)
• All Hotel taxes.
EXCLUSIONS
• Air fare / train fare.
• Heater Charges
• Guide & Monuments Entrance fees during sightseeing
• Expenses of personal nature such as tips, telephone calls, laundry, liquor, Insurance etc.
• Any other item not specified in the Package
Important Note:-
• Vehicle confirmed will be as per Itinerary and not at personal disposal. AC will work only in the plains and will be switched – off during hill drives.
• All sightseeing mentioned are subject to weather conditions, political conditions & traffic conditions in the destination.
• Any sightseeing missed due to natural calamities / weather conditions is non-refundable.
• All entrances fees will be on direct payment basis as per Itinerary
• All transfers and sightseeing by given Vehicles on 08 hrs/80 kms Basis and not for night drive.
• Fares offered in quotation are subject to availability. In case the same hotel is not available then alternate hotel will be provided with similar star category.
• If pick up is before 06:00 am or after 10:00pm then there may be an additional surcharge for this.
Payment Policy as below:
• Deposit of 50% of the package cost at the time of booking.
• Need 25% payment of the package cost, 30 days prior to departure date
• Need 25% payment of the package cost, 15 days prior to departure date
CANCEL POLICY
Cancellation policy as below:
• 20% of full tour cost - 60 days prior to arrival.
• 25% of full tour cost - 30 days prior to arrival.
• 50% of full tour cost - between 14 & 29 days prior to tour.
• 75% of full tour cost - between 13 & 6 days prior to tour
• 100% - within 5 days prior to tour.
